To support the firm’s initiative to improve collaboration facilities we have delivered a new Boardroom in QIAGEN’s office in Venlo, where we fulfilled all the demanding client needs: user-friendly room operation, exceptional image and sound quality, and sleek room design.

Room- and media control
We’ve chosen a professional control panel and customized the interface to meet the design requirements. Among the key features are source selection, climate and light control, and volume adjustment.

Projection
Our task was to minimize any visual impact on the room design and ensure exceptional image and video quality (to enable video conferences for 16 participants). We’ve opted for a powerful laser projector placed behind the screen thus staying invisible for the users.

Ceiling microphones
Thanks to the use of ceiling microphones video conference participants can move freely in the room not worried about not being heard from a certain place. Ceiling microphones enable great flexibility and ensure excellent sound capture. What’s more, they don’t take any space on the table leaving the surface free from extra devices and cables.
