When moving to Bavaria Towers, the new landmark building in Munich, it was important to Golding Capital Partners to implement a state-of-the-art media concept in addition to an open office concept. Against the background of international business activity, it was of particular importance for the company to implement a media concept with which they can promote cross-location cooperation but also optimize the daily exchange with our international business partners.
Medivas was responsible for the overall planning of the individual AV solutions for the new headquarters of Golding Capital Partners in the Munich showcase project “Bavaria Tower” as well as the complete installation of the media technology. In addition to the cross-trade planning with electricians and carpenters to seamlessly integrate the AV technology into the existing interior architecture, Medivas implemented the media technology, paying particular attention to tailored functionality that meets the ideas and requirements of Golding Capital Partners.
The focus was on the functionality of the innovative technology in order to ensure a structured workflow internally, but also simple, problem-free global communication via video conference systems. As a result, the resources of time and space and personnel are optimally used and structured.
In two board rooms, technical innovation is merged with aesthetic design. The combination of large format displays, video conference systems, high-end media furniture, integrated room control and ceiling microphones captivate from the first second with an extraordinary aesthetic.
A large number of huddle rooms have been integrated into three floors. Equipped with standard-sized displays, high-end media furniture and some with basic video conference systems to integrate remote participants. These small isolated areas are ideal for spontaneous and small meetings for two to five people and ensure an undisturbed short exchange of information between the participants.
The interactive door signs provide information about the current occupancy of the conference rooms and are dynamically linked to a time table system. Conferences and meetings are blocked or canceled via a panel. The panels are a helpful tool for internal company organization and the optimal use of space and resources.
Equipped with a touch display, video conference systems and high-end media furniture, the collaboration rooms promote collaboration and ensure effortless sharing of information with meeting participants.
