Sharing data (documents, visuals, presentations) with the audience, ability to collaborate in real time, and easily switch data sources are among the common requirements for a modern conference room.

Key Challenges

  • Lack of connection ports
  • Ports suitable for corporate laptops only
  • No opportunity to share content from mobile devices or tablets
  • Inability to add notes and make edits in the shared presentation in real time
  • Challenges with collaborating with remote participants
  • Long cables pulled from one end of the room to the other
  • Table connectors with a set of most commonly used ports
  • Wireless content sharing systems
  • Multi-touch screens
  • Digital whiteboards

Touch screens and digital whiteboards

Touch screens and digital whiteboards are effective collaboration tools that offer a wide range of useful features. Unlike traditional flipcharts or whiteboards their digital counterparts allow for remote collaboration and use of digital files in various formats.

How it works

Interactive touch monitors put you in complete control of your presentation. We work with products from leading manufacturers equipped with highly accurate, multi-touch sensor technology. Most of the screens can be operated using your finger or a stylus. What’s more, the Full HD image quality will ensure that your presentation makes an impact.

  • Extended collaboration functionality
  • Ability to involve remote participants
  • Reduced use of paper

Wireless content sharing

Forget about seeking for the right cable and slot in your machine to share your presentation or figuring out how to pull content on a big screen from your mobile phone. With wireless content sharing systems presentation sharing has never been so easy!

How it works

Wireless content sharing technology enables pulling your data on a big screen either through connecting a portable device to your laptop or using a dedicated software application. Key benefits of this method are absolute compatibility (you can connect any device) and ease of use: no cabling needed and presentation can be shared in just one click.

  • No cables
  • Portable solution
  • Ability to connect ANY device
  • No technical preparations required
  • Can be run without any additional software
  • Ability to switch fast between presenters

Table connectors

Having sufficient number of table connectors expands your meeting room use scenarios and allows your participants to concentrate on the meeting not worrying about battery charge levels of their laptops and mobile phones.

How it works

In most cases we recommend built-in table connectors, but you can also opt for portable devices in case you need more flexibility. A standard connector will include electricity sockets, audio/video ports, network ports and USB.

  • Cable content sharing
  • Electrical sockets and USB chargers enable participants using their laptops and mobile devices during long meetings and training sessions
